Ivory Halo Red Twig Dogwood is a compact deciduous shrub known for its striking red branches and cream edged foliage that turns burgundy in fall. In the spring, the shrub produces clusters of small white flowers, followed by small white berries that attract birds.  Grows best in moist well drained soils.
