Show Off Starlet Forsythia is a dwarf deciduous shrubs with an upright vase habit and medium green foliage.  Dense clusters of bright yellow flowers bloom heavily in early spring completely coating the bare branches before its leaves are out.  Flowers best in full sun and well-drained soils.
