Select the Right Location: Choose a spot that receives full sun to partial shade, as Althea - White thrives in at least 6 hours of sunlight daily for optimal blooming. Ensure the area allows enough space for the shrub’s mature height of 8–10 feet and spread of 6–8 feet.

Prepare the Soil: This adaptable shrub grows well in various soil types but prefers well-draining, fertile soil. If planting in heavy clay or sandy soil, amend it with compost to improve drainage and nutrient content.

Dig a Proper Hole: Dig a hole that is twice as wide and as deep as the root ball to provide sufficient room for root expansion.

Plant the Shrub: Carefully remove Althea - White from its container, gently loosen the root ball, and place it in the center of the hole. Make sure the top of the root system is level with the ground. Backfill with soil, lightly tamp it down to remove air pockets, and water thoroughly.
