Rainbow Fizz Spirea is a compact spreading deciduous shrub with oval sharp-toothed foliage that emerges a copper that fades to yellow before maturing to bright green then turns to copper-red in fall.  Flat-topped clusters of neon pink flowers cover the plant throughout summer to mid fall.  Best color in full sun and well-drained soils.  Removed spent flowers to encourage additional bloom.
