Candy Stripes Creeping Phlox is a creeping low-growing evergreen perennial with dark green awl-shaped foliage and cascading stems.  The dense carpet of fragrant white flowers with broad pink center stripes and small crimson eyes bloom in late spring to early summer attracting butterflies.  Best flowering in full sun and rich, moist, well-drained soils.
