Little Redhead Indian Pink is a native shade-loving herbaceous perennial with stiff stems and glossy ovate to lance shaped foliage.  The numerous clusters of upward facing trumpet shaped flowers have deep red bodies with yellow flares bloom heavily in early summer and may have a light rebloom in fall.  Grows best in moist, rich well-drained soils.   Tolerates wet soils.
