Pinus mugo var. mughus 'Enci' - Enci Dwarf Mugo Pine

Enci Dwarf Mugo Pine is a slow-growing dwarf conifer, with a dense low-mounding habit.  Its needles emerge bright green to yellow-green and matures to a rich green that holds in winter.  The erect cones can form in clusters.  Grows best in full sun with slightly acidic and moist soils. 

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Low maintenance plant. Susceptible to tip blights, rust, and rot.  Watch for pine needle scale, borers, and sawflies.

LANDSCAPE USES: Specimen or mass plantings, Woodland Garden, Ponds and streams, and Containers.

COMPANION PLANTS: Juniper, Japanese Maple, Cypress
